1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bck33 ("bck33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at bck33.io. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the bck33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the bck33 platform, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, tennis), live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, teen patti), slot games, crash games, and any promotional or bonus programmes. Any use of the bck33 platform that is not expressly permitted by these Terms is prohibited.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on the bck33 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bck33 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register or gamble on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, trust accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of bck33 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that applies to online gambling platforms, whether maintained by bck33 or any third-party organisation.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Any registration submitted using false, misleading, or another person's identity information will be void.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

bck33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any other time at bck33's sole discretion. Acceptable identity documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Acceptable proof of address includes a utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service statement issued within the previous three months.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 calendar days of the request being made may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) bck33 account. The creation or operation of more than one account — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts. Any winnings, bonuses, or remaining balances in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bck33 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person, allow any other person to use your account, or use any other person's account. bck33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

• You must notify bck33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach involving your credentials.
• bck33 recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your account and update it regularly.
• Inactive accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be flagged as dormant. bck33 will attempt to contact you prior to any administrative action on dormant accounts.
• Account closure requests can be submitted at any time by contacting bck33 customer support. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method following identity verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bck33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bck33 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to accounts or cards belonging to persons other than the registered account holder.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bck33 may apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large deposits at its discretion.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bck33 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 24 hours to be credited, depending on the issuing bank's processing times.
• bck33 does not charge any deposit processing fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of bck33.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bck33 may request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳10,000.
• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 1–3 business hours during operational hours (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals outside operational hours will be processed on the next business day.
• Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take 3–5 business days depending on the card-issuing bank.
• bck33 does not charge a standard withdrawal processing fee. However, bck33 reserves the right to recover any transaction fees imposed by third-party payment processors on specific transactions.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5 before they become eligible for withdrawal.

bck33 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending further review if the withdrawal request triggers an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) check, if the account has not been fully verified, or if there is a pending dispute or investigation relating to the account. In such cases, bck33 will communicate with the account holder within 5 business days.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bck33 offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards to eligible account holders. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each promotion. bck33 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and validity period are specified on each promotion's detail page.
• Where a deposit bonus is offered, the bonus amount will be credited to your account upon qualification. The bonus and any associated winnings will be held in a separate bonus balance until wagering requirements are met in full.
• Free bets are credited as bonus tokens, not as real-money funds. Any winnings generated from free bets are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the free bet promotion terms.
• Bonuses are issued for personal entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through arbitrage betting, low-risk matched betting across multiple accounts, the use of automated betting systems, or deliberate loss-making strategies will be treated as bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• bck33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed prior to the amendment.
• The VIP Club cashback programme is governed by its own terms, accessible on the VIP Club page. Cashback awards are issued as real-money funds with no wagering requirement unless otherwise stated.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the bck33 platform are subject to the product-specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all bck33 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bck33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and confirmed in the system, except where a clear system error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error (an obviously incorrect price published due to a technical or human error), bck33 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amount to the player's real-money balance.
• For sports betting markets, bck33 follows industry-standard settlement rules. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules, which may result in void bets or revised settlement outcomes.
• Live in-play betting markets may be temporarily suspended during critical game moments (e.g., wickets, goals, injuries). Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned.
• For casino games and slots, the Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are as published by the respective game provider. bck33 does not modify the RTP of any game offered on the platform.
• All game outcomes in the bck33 casino and slots sections are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology operated by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others). bck33 has no ability to influence individual game outcomes.
• The minimum and maximum stake amounts for each betting market and casino game are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by product.

bck33 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable from a single bet, session, or promotional event. Any such limit will be disclosed in the relevant product or promotion terms. Where a technical malfunction affects the integrity of a game or bet, bck33 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund all stakes.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bck33 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Operating more than one bck33 account or participating in the creation of duplicate accounts for any purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit platform functionality.
• Engaging in collusion with other players — including, without limitation, chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated sports betting to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or pricing mistakes to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sporting corruption.
• Using the bck33 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the bck33 platform or adversely affects other players.

bck33 employs automated monitoring and manual review procedures to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, bck33 reserves the right to act immediately and without prior notice, including by suspending or permanently closing the relevant account(s).

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bck33 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, user interface design, software, text, images, video, and audio — is the intellectual property of bck33 or its respective content licensors (including game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bck33 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the bck33 platform without prior written permission from bck33.

bck33's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your bck33 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bck33 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bck33 shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of platform downtime, technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures, or third-party service disruptions outside bck33's reasonable control.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bck33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bck33 will notify registered account holders via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. 13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bck33 operates. Any disputes not resolved through bck33's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

bck33 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and player protection. Generic safe-harbour language applies: bck33 does not make representations regarding specific regulatory approvals in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.
